PEANUT BUTTER CINNAMON CREPES
Ingredients:
1/2 cup apples
1/4 tsp cinnamon
6 Tbs brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
1 Tbs margarine
2 Tbs chunky peanut butter
Directions:
Toss warm, softened apples with cinnamon and set aside.
Combine sugar and flour. Cut in margarine and peanut butter. Combine 1/3 of this mixture with the apples.
Spread a thin layer of the apple-peanut butter mixture on each recipe. Dot crepes with remaining peanut butter mixture.
Place unfolded crepes on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes at 350° F.
Let cool for 5 minutes.
Serve with ice cream.
